RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Kaneez, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

  • We gladly accept returns for any unworn, unwashed, and unstitched merchandise with original tags, within 7 days of purchase, for a refund or exchange.

  • Refunds will only be issued in cases where a suitable replacement or the same article is not available.

  • Customers are responsible for sending the items back to us via a traceable courier or registered post, at their own expense.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.

  • A 15% administrative fee, along with the original delivery charges, will be deducted from the total order amount before issuing the refund.

  • All refund requests are processed within 7–15 working days after we receive the returned items.
